To protect your timepiece and any existing warranty, we do not perform watch repairs in-store. For brands we currently carry, or brands originally purchased from us; even if no longer part of our assortment, we’re happy to send your watch directly to the authorized vendor for service, ensuring it receives expert care to manufacturer standards.
Please note that all watch repairs are completed by the vendor, and timelines can vary. Depending on the complexity of the repair and availability of parts, service may take an extended period of time.
