Protection Plans are available for most online orders or may be purchased at any Rogers & Hollands® Jewelers or Ashcroft & Oak® Jewelers location. Protection Plans are not available for purchase on online orders shipping to Florida or California.

What's covered† and what are the benefits of a jewelry protection plan?
- Unlimited professional cleaning at any Rogers & Hollands or Ashcroft & Oak location
- Continuous coverage with NO required in-store inspections
- Coverage remains active when traveling or relocating internationally
- No coverage delays - Coverage begins on purchase date
- Lifetime ring sizing*
- No wedding band size exchange fees, on materials that cannot be sized (limitations apply)
- Diamond & gemstone loss coverage** (Including 2.05+ carat single-mounted diamonds!)
- Diamond & gemstone coverage for cracked, chipped or scratched stones.(Stones that have been chipped or broken may be replaced, recut or re-polished.)
- No charge on soldering/joining of wedding sets together at the bottom of the shank (All products must be covered under an active protection plan.)
- Stone tightening (Will tighten any setting where a stone may be loose.)
- No re-setting charge on diamonds and gemstones that have come free from their mounting/setting.
- Restoration services needed as a result of failures or breakage due to normal wear & tear, such as:
- Broken, worn or bent prongs (Retip and/or replace worn or broken prongs that jeopardize the security of the stone(s).)
- Stretched or broken pearl strands
- Cracked or thinning ring bands
- Kinked chains and broken clasps
- Broken earring posts or backs
- Distorted, bent or dented jewelry
- Metal gouges or discoloration
- Coverage applies to the following metals/materials: karat gold, platinum, palladium, P4, sterling silver, most tungsten, titanium, and stainless steel

*Applies to Lifetime Protection Plan only. Sizing coverage includes standard sizing charges from a jeweler. Ring sizings that require a new ring shank, recasting of the ring, or other particularly extensive or costly procedures are not covered
**We will replace any diamond lost due to a defective, worn, bent, or broken setting.
What is not covered?
- Damage resulting from misuse or abuse of merchandise
- Unauthorized product repairs, modifications or alterations
- Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions
- This Plan does not cover loss or theft of the Merchandise or damage resulting from loss of any kind.
