Our We Will Diamond Guarantee will remain in effect as long as you own your Rogers & Hollands or Ashcroft & Oak Diamond Jewelry, provided you allow us to inspect your jewelry every six months.
Like with anything valuable, you will want to make sure that your diamond jewelry retains its original strength and stability for as long as possible. Cleaning ensures that your diamond jewelry continues to look exceptional, & inspections ensure that your jewelry remains secure, durable and ready for the kind of wear for which it was designed. Our authorized jewelry professionals will inspect and document their findings, and offer to fix any problems they may find. Free cleanings & inspections maintain your warranty, are always at your convenience and are performed in minutes while you wait.

You’re welcome to bring your Rogers & Hollands or Ashcroft & Oak Jewelry to any of ourstore locations at any time for inspection, cleaning or any other maintenance it may need. If you are unable to visit one of our stores, you may have your jewelry cleaned, inspected and serviced if necessary by mailing it to our Home Office Center.Please contact our Guest Services Department to schedule and discuss this process.
Important Terms & Conditions:
To keep your lifetime warranty active, please visit for a cleaning & inspection every 6 months. It will be documented & logged by a jewelry professional. If you miss a six-month inspection of your jewelry, your Rogers & Hollands or Ashcroft & Oak diamonds will not be covered until the jewelry is re-inspected and any necessary repairs have been completed. Any necessary repairs identified in such a re-inspection will not be provided free of charge.
- This Guarantee applies only to jewelry in which all of the stones are diamonds, or to jewelry that has a diamond center stone. Any other jewelry containing a mixture of diamonds and other gemstones is not covered by this Guarantee.
- This Guarantee applies only to Karat Gold, Platinum and Palladium jewelry. Jewelry in any other metal is not covered.
- Single Diamonds weighing more than 2.05 carats are not covered by this Guarantee.
- Any diamond not purchased from us is not covered by this Guarantee.
- Diamonds purchased from us and set in a mounting not purchased from us are not covered by this Guarantee.
- This guarantee provides coverage for conditions that result from normal wear of your Rogers & Hollands Diamond Jewelry, consistent with the conditions for which the Jewelry was designed. Loss or damage that is the result of unusual, excessive, extreme, or harsh treatment of the Jewelry (whether inadvertent or intentional) is not covered.
- This Guarantee does not cover losses resulting from theft of your jewelry or acts of God, nor does it cover loss of use or consequential damages.
- Lost or damaged diamonds covered under the terms of this Guarantee will be replaced with diamonds deemed by us in our sole discretion to be of like kind and quality.
- If necessary repairs are identified by us in an inspection of your jewelry, your Rogers & Hollands Diamonds will not be covered by this Guarantee until all such necessary repairs have been completed, and you have paid for the repairs in full.
- If you miss a six-month inspection of your jewelry, your Rogers & Hollands Diamonds will not be covered by this Guarantee until your jewelry is re-inspected by us, any necessary repairs (including any diamond replacements) have been completed, and you have paid for the repairs/replacements in full.
- If your jewelry is repaired, sized, adjusted, altered or serviced in any manner by anyone other than us, your Rogers & Hollands Diamonds will not be covered by this Guarantee until your jewelry is re-inspected by us, any necessary repairs have been completed, and you have paid for the repairs in full.
- This Guarantee and the register receipt for your most recent six month jewelry inspection must be presented to obtain any of the services provided under this Guarantee.
- This Guarantee is not transferrable or assignable more than 90 days after the original purchase date, or if the covered jewelry is re-sold to a third party.
- For maximum protection of your jewelry, we suggest obtaining private property and casualty insurance in addition to this Guarantee.
