Such changes and/or modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. Please review the terms and conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Sites following the posting of changes and/or modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Use of Materials on the Site

All content on this Site (including, without limitation, text, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloads, interfaces, code and software, as well as the selection and arrangement thereof), is the exclusive property of and owned by Rogers, its licensors or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. You may access, copy, download and print the material contained on the Site for your personal and non-commercial use, provided you do not modify or delete any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice that appears on the material you access, copy, download or print. Any other use of content on the Site, including but not limited to the modification, distribution, transmission, performance, broadcast, publication, uploading, licensing, reverse engineering, transfer or sale of, or the creation of derivative works from, any material, information, software, products or services obtained from the Site, or use of the Site for purposes competitive to Rogers, is expressly prohibited. You agree to abide by all additional restrictions displayed on the Site as it may be updated from time to time.

Product Descriptions - Product Images

Rogers Enterprises Inc, makes all reasonable efforts to display the products listed for sale on the Sites as accurately as possible. However, the colors we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, will affect the colors that you actually see on your screen. Rogers Enterprises Inc. cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any product color, texture or detail will be accurate. In addition, Rogers Enterprises Inc. does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. If a product offered by Rogers Ent. Inc., is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

All listed weights are approximate. Diamond carat weights expressed in fractions may vary within a limited range. For example, 1/4 carat means .23 through .27 carats, 1/3 carat means .30 through .36 carats and 1/2 carat means .45 through .55 carats. Carat weights expressed in decimal points are accurate within .005 carats. Platina 4 (P4) metal percentages are as follows: Silver 80.2%, Palladium 6.2%, Gold .27%, Platinum .12%.

Gemstones and colored diamonds may have been treated to enhance their color and clarity through the use of one or more common industry practices, including heat treatments; diffusion; irradiation; fracture filling; dyeing; or impregnation of oil, wax or resin. Although most treated gemstones are stable, some may require special care in jewelry repair. Gemstone jewelry should only be gently cleaned by rinsing in warm water and drying with a soft cloth.

Pricing Policy

Should any pricing or copy errors occur on this or any third party web site operated by or on behalf of Rogers Ent., we reserve the right to correct. We strive to maintain an accurate price representation for all products represented herein. Price discrepancies, as the result of technical or human error, will not be honored.

Trademark Notice

In general, all trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively, the “trademarks”) which appear on the Sites are registered and unregistered Rogers Enterprises Inc. trademarks belonging to Rogers Enterprises Inc. or are licensed for use by Rogers Ent. by third parties. Other trademarks are proprietary marks and are registered to their respective owners. In the event you register and/or purchase product, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Rogers Ent. suspects, for any reason, that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Rogers Ent., in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account, remove or edit content, cancel order(s), and refuse any and all current or future use of the Sites in its sole discretion

The Sites may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Rogers Ent. has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Rogers Ent. is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Rogers Ent. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Rogers Enterprises is not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete or current. Mobile Terms of Service

The Rogers & Hollands | Ashcroft & Oak mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Rogers & Hollands | Ashcroft & Oak (“Rogers & Hollands | Ashcroft & Oak”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Rogers & Hollands | Ashcroft & Oak’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Rogers & Hollands | Ashcroft & Oak through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Rogers & Hollands | Ashcroft & Oak. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18447943065 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Rogers & Hollands | Ashcroft & Oak mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
