I was just stepping in to find out what size wedding ring I would need to order something off of the internet. Tyler J welcomed me and my fiancée with a big smile, found my ring size, and offered to let me try different rings to help me hone in on a width and style I would like to have on my hand for the rest of my life. The customer service is wonderful. Dana chatted with me and cleaned my ring that was my grandmothers as I looked and tried on jewelry. Although I didn't make a purchase today, I will definitely be back! I used to be loyal to another jewelry store but stopped going based on the location being all the way in Joliet and then after driving out there has horrible customer service so glad I decided to stroll in to Rodgers & Hollands today!
