Lori did an amazing job. I stopped at multiple places looking to purchase a diamond and have it set in my wife’s wedding ring. At all of those stops I was met with almost snobbish attitudes. Theresa is absolutely amazing! I needed my Wife's wedding ring fixed and rodium plated, and she was able to get all my info found, collated into one account and have the ring sent off, fixed and back within a week and a half!
