Had a great experience at the Belden Village store with Kimberly and Ryan. We went into this store to look for something for myself and my wife saw a ring she really liked. Kimberly showed us the ring as well as some others similar to compare it to. There was no pressure whatsoever and she took her time and answered all our questions. She was delightful to work with. After a much longer visit than I expected, we purchased the ring Kimberly showed us, a new ring for me and a necklace for my wife. Oh, and I did purchase what I originally stopped in to look at for myself. Ryan was also very helpful when I was looking for a new wedding band for me. He was able to find one, a bit unusual, that I would consider. I did purchase it. Kimberly and Ryan, in my opinion, went above and beyond to help us. Rana and Kat truly are the best w company employee’s a company could ever have. They both made sure i was completely comfortable with everything, have an incredible amount of patience with my crazy crazy questions. i am truly so thankful that they were here and i would have lost my mind if they weren’t here. every other place i went to they tried to scam and made me extremely uncomfortable. but rana and kat are the complete opposite, they made sure we were in my budget and i was truly comfortable with what my fiance and I were looking at. i would highly recommend if you’re gonna go anywhere come here and look for rana and kat. yusif Nov 14, 2025
Finished product was beautiful, great service, personable, enjoyable 7/30 /25.... Bought a G Shock watch for my husband, snd the service was amazing, a young lady who works on Wednesday, took my husband through all the settings, charged it, gave him printed instructions.
