Last edit to add! - Randall called today to let me know the new ring was in stock, walked in, immediately was taken care of by the wonderful Randall. It was a quick, headache free swap out. Still very satisfied with bringing my buisness to ashcorft & Oak and of course to Randall, i hope theres comission for him! Randall helped me find an upgrade for my hubby! There were many options, and im not very knowledgeable on men's rings but he helped me find the perfect upgrade! *Edit* Ended up getting wring size, like a doof, called over the phone, got ahold of Randall again, he helped special order the correct size. Beautiful Store. We have purchased several pieces of jewelry from Rogers and Hollands. Every time we walk in, the staff know who we are and are super friendly and helpful. Nas has helped us each time and made sure everything is perfect. This last piece we purchased, he made it possible for the ring to be resized that day and walk out the door with it.
