Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the associate who helped me but I had an amazing experience buying my first watch at the Fairfield commons location 11/23/25. He helped me look at various watches within my budget with a smile on his face the entire time. Will go back thank you.

Excellent customer service, Jim was amazing to work with ensuring I found the perfect settings and stones for me. I was very impressed by the blossom cut diamonds I was shown and ended up choosing them for the wedding band I purchased! Jim worked hard to get me the best deal, never pressed me beyond my budget or tried to sell me on anything I didn’t want. I will be sure to return for future jewelry purchases!

Nas Ali is a great salesman. Down to earth and amazing. Since day one we walked in and telling him exactly what we wanted and he presented us with many great options and helped get our rings. He help a lot and do an excellent job getting you what you want and even give you the best. Xavier was the soul of courtesy, incredibly knowledgeable, and helped me when I was so out of my depth matching a pendant with a necklace for my anniversary.
