• How soon will I get my order and what if I do not like it?

  The Delivery Date varies by item and is displayed on each individual product page. Ground Shipping is FREE and we offer a 60-day return policy. If you need your order sooner than indicated on the product page, please select OVERNIGHT Shipping for 3 days quicker and EXPEDITED Shipping for 2 days quicker. If these dates do not meet the time you need the item, please reach out to a Guest Concierge using our Online Live Chat Feature and they will be happy to see if we can accommodate your request.

• How do I find my ring size or order a size not listed?

  Not sure of the size you need, no worries! You can use the Ring Sizing Guide or visit your local store for measurement. If you are not sure or if this is a gift, the ring can be sized after purchase if that is more convenient. If the size you need is not listed, please contact a Guest Concierge using our Online Live Chat Feature and they will be happy to see if we can accommodate your request.
