I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts! Had a great experience at the Belden Village store with Kimberly and Ryan. We went into this store to look for something for myself and my wife saw a ring she really liked. Kimberly showed us the ring as well as some others similar to compare it to. There was no pressure whatsoever and she took her time and answered all our questions. She was delightful to work with. After a much longer visit than I expected, we purchased the ring Kimberly showed us, a new ring for me and a necklace for my wife. Oh, and I did purchase what I originally stopped in to look at for myself. Ryan was also very helpful when I was looking for a new wedding band for me. He was able to find one, a bit unusual, that I would consider. I did purchase it. Kimberly and Ryan, in my opinion, went above and beyond to help us.
