Well Theresa and her assistant were very friendly and professional with me. I've been with Roger's and Holland for 17 yrs and my wife have been with them even longer. There isn't any other Jeweler we rather go to. I've arrived here today and had both of our wedding bands for our inspection and in no time they were inspected, cleaned and returned to me. Several months ago, I stopped in to look at watches. Elliott assisted me showing me many different styles and I focused in on a particular Citizen. I didn’t purchase at that time thinking I would miss my Apple Watch. I have been looking at the watch online since then and went back to purchase it yesterday, 11/22/25. Elliott remembered me and the watch I loved. That is how to treat customers. I bought the watch and had a marvelous experience. They will be my go to place for jewelry. Thank you Elliott and team!!
