Barry was extremely patient and helpful while assisting my mom with an anniversary gift. He was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked into the store. Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available.
