I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts! Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the associate who helped me but I had an amazing experience buying my first watch at the Fairfield commons location 11/23/25.
