My fiancé and I went in to find a wedding band for him and the sales associate was absolutely phenomenal from the moment we entered at the Franklin Park Mall location, until the moment we left the store! She answered our questions, helped us choose the band that we loved and made sure to assist us in purchasing everything we needed. We enjoyed our experience and are grateful for Roger’s and Hollands Jewelers!!

I’ve now been here a couple times and have bought two watches and I have had a pretty good experience overall. My first watch was sold to me by Madison I believe her name was and she was very nice to me but to be honest she wanted me to buy something more than I did. I came home on Black Friday that night with my first watch and I still have it and absolutely love it. I came back over a year later for my second one to be greeted by Madeline and Bill which they both felt pretty friendly to me. Madeline was very nice and Bill was super down to earth with me which I appreciate. I bought a watch and didn’t like it so I came back a few days later to exchange it for another Bulova which I love and it wasn’t too much of a hassle. I didn’t want to spend as much as I did but Bill found me the perfect watch so I bit the bullet. Overall I do like this place and do recommend it and the only reason for the 4 stars is because I did feel pressured at times to buy something but I do really like this place and the people. I will be back and thank you!

I received a good service from Elizabeth M. today at Old Orchard Mall. She cleaned my wedding ring as well and told me about the sales as well.

The customer service was excellent but I feel the company has you coming and going. We had a lab grown 2 k that I traded in for a natural one recently and I feel the diamond was marked up to compensate the cost.
