This is our Go To place for jewelry. They have a great selection in store and anything else you could want for order from their main office and they also offer custom pieces which they are amazing at. The manager, Jim, is very knowledgeable. He and his staff are very helpful and will take the time needed to make sure you get exactly what you want. Any issues we have had in the past 16 years of doing business with them, have been resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The customer service is wonderful. Dana chatted with me and cleaned my ring that was my grandmothers as I looked and tried on jewelry. Although I didn't make a purchase today, I will definitely be back! I used to be loyal to another jewelry store but stopped going based on the location being all the way in Joliet and then after driving out there has horrible customer service so glad I decided to stroll in to Rodgers & Hollands today!
