Theresa is absolutely amazing! I needed my Wife's wedding ring fixed and rodium plated, and she was able to get all my info found, collated into one account and have the ring sent off, fixed and back within a week and a half! i lost my wedding band for a second time and i went back to rogers and hollands where i met angie. angie was very nice, courteous and pleasant. she offered another alternative for the new wedding ring which was less expensive but looked identical to my old one and is made of high quality tungsten. angie ordered the new ring and it arrived very quickly. i appreciate angie's help. since this is the third wedding ring we purchased from rogers and hollands i would definitely return. john Nov 22, 2025

Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available.
