Me and my partner went engagement ring shopping. This was the second store we looked at. Bill was very friendly and got us up to speed on what to know about diamonds, gold, and the like. Showed us a variety of rings so that my partner could get a good feel for how it felt on her hand. Came back after looking at several places in town and decided to go the custom route, which Johnathan helped me with. They asked me if I had a budget in mind, and stated they would try their best to work with that and did so. We went through several iterations with the artists designing the ring. We looked at diamonds together, online, and in person to pick the right center stone. The prices on their diamonds beat comparable diamonds from other retailers. They were very respectful, amenable, and pleasant throughout the whole process. The final product was a ring that my partner was very happy with. Would recommend to anyone!

They have a great selection in store and anything else you could want for order from their main office and they also offer custom pieces which they are amazing at. The manager, Jim, is very knowledgeable. He and his staff are very helpful and will take the time needed to make sure you get exactly what you want. Any issues we have had in the past 16 years of doing business with them, have been resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. If you are looking for a jeweler who will provide excellent service during and after the sale with beautiful pieces, this is the place!
