Kyle Parker was a very down to earth guy and helped me learn a lot about the watch I wanted and the history behind it.

Staff was very personable and thorough with our visit. Our ring was ready even sooner than they quoted which was a pleasant surprise. Recommend you visit them for your jewelry.I'm sure you'll be pleased too, my wife was.

Had a great experience at the Belden Village store with Kimberly and Ryan. We went into this store to look for something for myself and my wife saw a ring she really liked. Kimberly showed us the ring as well as some others similar to compare it to. There was no pressure whatsoever and she took her time and answered all our questions. She was delightful to work with. After a much longer visit than I expected, we purchased the ring Kimberly showed us, a new ring for me and a necklace for my wife. Oh, and I did purchase what I originally stopped in to look at for myself. Ryan was also very helpful when I was looking for a new wedding band for me. He was able to find one, a bit unusual, that I would consider. I did purchase it. Kimberly and Ryan, in my opinion, went above and beyond to help us. We’ll be back soon to have Kimberly help us with future purchases.
