My fiancé and I went in to find a wedding band for him and the sales associate was absolutely phenomenal from the moment we entered at the Franklin Park Mall location, until the moment we left the store! She answered our questions, helped us choose the band that we loved and made sure to assist us in purchasing everything we needed. The jewelers that helped me were very nice and helpful. I was quoted a price and the next day I came in the price had increased. They went above expectations to get me that same price.
