Today I had a great experience with my jeweler Terri in Orland Park. I have been shopping with Terri for over 20 years. My husband and I have always been a satisfied customers for over 20 years shopping with Terri from my wedding ring to all my up grades over the years. She always delivers as promised to find me the most beautiful ring. I have never had to shop outside of Rogers & Hollands because my family has always been satisfied with Terri outstanding service for our wedding anniversary. I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts!

Barry was extremely patient and helpful while assisting my mom with an anniversary gift. He was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked into the store. He was extremely knowledgeable on every timepiece they had and ensured we were satisfied with our decision. Overall we had a great experience and will come back again!

I had an amazing experience with Kelli. She helped me find the ring I wanted and she told me they were having a Black Friday sale and it may be cheaper than the ticket showed.
