The customer service is wonderful. Dana chatted with me and cleaned my ring that was my grandmothers as I looked and tried on jewelry. Although I didn't make a purchase today, I will definitely be back! I used to be loyal to another jewelry store but stopped going based on the location being all the way in Joliet and then after driving out there has horrible customer service so glad I decided to stroll in to Rodgers & Hollands today! The staff helped out immensely with a purchase of a Ruby Necklace that I eyed! They were attentive to the customer and were also taking care of newer staff. Emily was exceedingly helpful in showing the necklace and showing engagement ring ideas! I would recommend shopping and the prices seem very reasonable! Liz is absolutely amazing. Helped me and my daughter out A1 top notch she's so knowledgeable and not pushy. Update. I had to replace a ring. I used the insurance feature I bought.
