My wife and I went into the store multiple times so she could look at and try on diamond stud earrings. She wasn’t sure exactly what she wanted in the beginning and was looking at multiple pairs at multiple different stores. She finally settled on what she wanted finding 3 different sets at 3 different stores. All were similar in stone size, clarity, and setting. The difference was the people! Elijah and Delaney were incredible. Very helpful and kind. Explaining and answering every question my wife had. They were both incredibly patient and not pushy in the slightest. I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience buying my wife her dream earrings. Me and my partner went engagement ring shopping. This was the second store we looked at. Bill was very friendly and got us up to speed on what to know about diamonds, gold, and the like. Showed us a variety of rings so that my partner could get a good feel for how it felt on her hand. Came back after looking at several places in town and decided to go the custom route, which Johnathan helped me with. They asked me if I had a budget in mind, and stated they would try their best to work with that and did so. We went through several iterations with the artists designing the ring. We looked at diamonds together, online, and in person to pick the right center stone. The prices on their diamonds beat comparable diamonds from other retailers. They were very respectful, amenable, and pleasant throughout the whole process. The final product was a ring that my partner was very happy with. Would recommend to anyone! Sam Oct 24, 2025
