Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available. I was just stepping in to find out what size wedding ring I would need to order something off of the internet. Tyler J welcomed me and my fiancée with a big smile, found my ring size, and offered to let me try different rings to help me hone in on a width and style I would like to have on my hand for the rest of my life. It turns out I found the right ring in store, and Tyler was very friendly and concise along the way.
