Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available. 17 yrs ago I came in with tears in my eyes because the jewelry store we purchased our rings from failed to tell me how small it would be after soldered together. Blamed on me.
