We had a wonderful experience at Rogers and Hollands. We stopped by on a whim, unsure if we could find what I was looking for and walked away with an engagement ring! Their associate Gavin was kind and genuine. He was patient and went above and beyond to look up all the different options we had questions about. We are so glad to have purchased my ring here! The customer service is wonderful. Dana chatted with me and cleaned my ring that was my grandmothers as I looked and tried on jewelry. Although I didn't make a purchase today, I will definitely be back! I used to be loyal to another jewelry store but stopped going based on the location being all the way in Joliet and then after driving out there has horrible customer service so glad I decided to stroll in to Rodgers & Hollands today! The jewelers that helped me were very nice and helpful. I was quoted a price and the next day I came in the price had increased. They went above expectations to get me that same price.
