I was just stepping in to find out what size wedding ring I would need to order something off of the internet. Tyler J welcomed me and my fiancée with a big smile, found my ring size, and offered to let me try different rings to help me hone in on a width and style I would like to have on my hand for the rest of my life. It turns out I found the right ring in store, and Tyler was very friendly and concise along the way. Had a great experience at the Belden Village store with Kimberly and Ryan. We went into this store to look for something for myself and my wife saw a ring she really liked. Kimberly showed us the ring as well as some others similar to compare it to. There was no pressure whatsoever and she took her time and answered all our questions. She was delightful to work with. After a much longer visit than I expected, we purchased the ring Kimberly showed us, a new ring for me and a necklace for my wife. Oh, and I did purchase what I originally stopped in to look at for myself. Ryan was also very helpful when I was looking for a new wedding band for me. He was able to find one, a bit unusual, that I would consider. I did purchase it. Kimberly and Ryan, in my opinion, went above and beyond to help us. We’ll be back soon to have Kimberly help us with future purchases.

Great customer service! I have been looking for a watch for some time and didn’t want to order online. Roger & Hollands Jewelers ended up being the only place that had it in-stock in their store. No pressure sales, quick transaction, and very friendly people. Will be back in the future. Highly recommend!
