A huge shout-out to the team at this location. I get nervous with large purchases and was already anxious after visiting the other jewelers before arriving at Rogers and Hollands. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by Christopher, Cady, and Jaxon. These three folks earned my trust right away due to their genuine interest to help and ensure we got what we wanted. Christopher provided us information about warranties, cleanings, protection plans, and setting styles. Information no other jeweler, in town, had provided. The company’s ring designer Brad was available for a consultation coincidentally around the time we walked in, Christopher and Cady helped coordinate an opportunity for us to meet on Teams with Brad, where he crafted the perfect engagement ring for my soon-to-be fiancé. After we designed our ring Christopher and his team were excellent in finalizing the transaction, and it was very cool that he gave us a large amount of spend $300, get $100 off coupons for our next purchase. Came in to look at watches, was helped immediately by a very knowledgeable salesperson, but she also was willing to ask a colleague if it was something she didn't know. However, with great help and great service from Haley and Dowson, i was able to make a purchase that filled my desires of purchasing a new watch. I had an amazing experience with Kelli. She helped me find the ring I wanted and she told me they were having a Black Friday sale and it may be cheaper than the ticket showed.
