Liz is absolutely amazing. Helped me and my daughter out A1 top notch she's so knowledgeable and not pushy. Update. I had to replace a ring. I used the insurance feature I bought. Liz was great and then today I picked it up and Amira went above and beyond and really made it a great experience picking up the ring. Thanks to everyone there! You ladies are amazing! Thank you!

Had a great experience at the Belden Village store with Kimberly and Ryan. We went into this store to look for something for myself and my wife saw a ring she really liked. Kimberly showed us the ring as well as some others similar to compare it to. There was no pressure whatsoever and she took her time and answered all our questions. She was delightful to work with. After a much longer visit than I expected, we purchased the ring Kimberly showed us, a new ring for me and a necklace for my wife. Oh, and I did purchase what I originally stopped in to look at for myself. Ryan was also very helpful when I was looking for a new wedding band for me. He was able to find one, a bit unusual, that I would consider. I did purchase it. Kimberly and Ryan, in my opinion, went above and beyond to help us. We’ll be back soon to have Kimberly help us with future purchases.

Xavier was the soul of courtesy, incredibly knowledgeable, and helped me when I was so out of my depth matching a pendant with a necklace for my anniversary. Grace, the manager, was also incredibly helpful figuring out pricing and helping me weigh the pros and cons. You cannot get a kinder, more helpful, and better team anywhere!
