Theresa is absolutely amazing! I needed my Wife's wedding ring fixed and rodium plated, and she was able to get all my info found, collated into one account and have the ring sent off, fixed and back within a week and a half! Truly wonderful experience every time I come here. Well worth the 45 min drive just to deal with folks that care about each and every one of their clients. Thanks again! Joshua Nov 22, 2025
Maddie who works for Ashcroft and Oak was very helpful when my husband was looking for specifics for my ring and has an awesome personality. They have great service and affordable prices. I highly recommend them. They got it sized pretty quickly and it fits perfect now. I couldn't be happier or more in love with my new ring from them Melissa Sep 09, 2025
Our experience here was excellent. We came in o e day and looked at a ring that contained our son’s birthstone and a butterfly and then came back a few days later to get it. Our son had just passed away and this ring meant a lot to my wife. They were very receptive and kind while working with us on the purchase and made us feel like more than just a “customer” getting a product. The lady also showed my wife the cleaning cloth for silver and cleaned her earrings which was amazing. They brought a smile to our face which was not easy to do. We will be coming back for life! Had a great time here designing a ring. Victor Fernandez did an amazing job. My father in law bought his ring here for his wife and my friends did too. Great place to go! Ernesto Nov 10, 2025
