Went in to The Mall At Robinson location. Michelle, the Assistant Store Manager, was very helpful. I needed my ring cut off for a upcoming procedure. She removed it for me very gently. I highly recommend Michelle and this location.

I’ve now been here a couple times and have bought two watches and I have had a pretty good experience overall. My first watch was sold to me by Madison I believe her name was and she was very nice to me but to be honest she wanted me to buy something more than I did. I came home on Black Friday that night with my first watch and I still have it and absolutely love it. I came back over a year later for my second one to be greeted by Madeline and Bill which they both felt pretty friendly to me. Madeline was very nice and Bill was super down to earth with me which I appreciate. I bought a watch and didn’t like it so I came back a few days later to exchange it for another Bulova which I love and it wasn’t too much of a hassle. I didn’t want to spend as much as I did but Bill found me the perfect watch so I bit the bullet. Overall I do like this place and do recommend it and the only reason for the 4 stars is because I did feel pressured at times to buy something but I do really like this place and the people. I will be back and thank you!

Always a great experience shopping here. We buy everything from here because you know they’ll always take care of you and their protection plans don’t have weird loopholes and fine print like other places. Great place to shop!

We searched several stores for an engagement ring today, and honestly, the associates at this store and the prices for the rings were the best we found (out of 5). Will definitely recommend this store and be back for future purchases!
