Came in to look at watches, was helped immediately by a very knowledgeable salesperson, but she also was willing to ask a colleague if it was something she didn't know. Did not pressure me at all, letting me leave to think about my purchase. Came back and made the purchase. From beginning to end, the process was pleasant and easy.

My husband and I bought our wedding bands here and the service and jewelry are amazing. The staff actually listens and find pieces that fit both taste and pockets!! I will shop here for my jewelry needs.

I’ve now been here a couple times and have bought two watches and I have had a pretty good experience overall. My first watch was sold to me by Madison I believe her name was and she was very nice to me but to be honest she wanted me to buy something more than I did. I came home on Black Friday that night with my first watch and I still have it and absolutely love it. I came back over a year later for my second one to be greeted by Madeline and Bill which they both felt pretty friendly to me. Madeline was very nice and Bill was super down to earth with me which I appreciate. I bought a watch and didn’t like it so I came back a few days later to exchange it for another Bulova which I love and it wasn’t too much of a hassle. I didn’t want to spend as much as I did but Bill found me the perfect watch so I bit the bullet. Overall I do like this place and do recommend it and the only reason for the 4 stars is because I did feel pressured at times to buy something but I do really like this place and the people. I will be back and thank you!
