Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available. We had a wonderful experience at Rogers and Hollands. We stopped by on a whim, unsure if we could find what I was looking for and walked away with an engagement ring! Their associate Gavin was kind and genuine. He was patient and went above and beyond to look up all the different options we had questions about. We are so glad to have purchased my ring here!
