Had a great experience at the Belden Village store with Kimberly and Ryan. We went into this store to look for something for myself and my wife saw a ring she really liked. Kimberly showed us the ring as well as some others similar to compare it to. There was no pressure whatsoever and she took her time and answered all our questions. She was delightful to work with. After a much longer visit than I expected, we purchased the ring Kimberly showed us, a new ring for me and a necklace for my wife. Oh, and I did purchase what I originally stopped in to look at for myself. Ryan was also very helpful when I was looking for a new wedding band for me. He was able to find one, a bit unusual, that I would consider. I did purchase it. Kimberly and Ryan, in my opinion, went above and beyond to help us. We’ll be back soon to have Kimberly help us with future purchases.

They have super friendly and knowledgeable staff. We especially like Joanna, she's super nice and quick to tell us interesting facts about the difference pieces. We've bought my whole wedding set from them, and we're looking to buy again in the future soon. They're a very lovely company all around, we highly recommend them!

Saheara was so helpful and attentive! I got my ring cleaned in 5 minutes and everyone was so nice and welcoming. So glad we chose Rogers & Hollands!

Mackenzie was great! Very knowledgeable. Went in to ask about a promise ring I got. She cleaned it and also showed me how to take better care of it! And the cleaning kit for home is $20 what a difference it makes. My ring is shiny not dull
