I’ve now been here a couple times and have bought two watches and I have had a pretty good experience overall. My first watch was sold to me by Madison I believe her name was and she was very nice to me but to be honest she wanted me to buy something more than I did. I came home on Black Friday that night with my first watch and I still have it and absolutely love it. I came back over a year later for my second one to be greeted by Madeline and Bill which they both felt pretty friendly to me. Madeline was very nice and Bill was super down to earth with me which I appreciate. I bought a watch and didn’t like it so I came back a few days later to exchange it for another Bulova which I love and it wasn’t too much of a hassle. I didn’t want to spend as much as I did but Bill found me the perfect watch so I bit the bullet. Overall I do like this place and do recommend it and the only reason for the 4 stars is because I did feel pressured at times to buy something but I do really like this place and the people. I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts! Several months ago, I stopped in to look at watches. Elliott assisted me showing me many different styles and I focused in on a particular Citizen. I didn’t purchase at that time thinking I would miss my Apple Watch. I have been looking at the watch online since then and went back to purchase it yesterday, 11/22/25. Elliott remembered me and the watch I loved. That is how to treat customers. I bought the watch and had a marvelous experience. They will be my go to place for jewelry. Thank you Elliott and team!!
