The staff helped out immensely with a purchase of a Ruby Necklace that I eyed! They were attentive to the customer and were also taking care of newer staff. Emily was exceedingly helpful in showing the necklace and showing engagement ring ideas! I would recommend shopping and the prices seem very reasonable! 17 yrs ago I came in with tears in my eyes because the jewelry store we purchased our rings from failed to tell me how small it would be after soldered together. Blamed on me.
