Theresa is absolutely amazing! I needed my Wife's wedding ring fixed and rodium plated, and she was able to get all my info found, collated into one account and have the ring sent off, fixed and back within a week and a half! i lost my wedding band for a second time and i went back to rogers and hollands where i met angie. angie was very nice, courteous and pleasant. she offered another alternative for the new wedding ring which was less expensive but looked identical to my old one and is made of high quality tungsten. angie ordered the new ring and it arrived very quickly. i appreciate angie's help. since this is the third wedding ring we purchased from rogers and hollands i would definitely return. john Nov 22, 2025

I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts!
