Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the associate who helped me but I had an amazing experience buying my first watch at the Fairfield commons location 11/23/25. Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available.
