Our experience here was excellent. We came in o e day and looked at a ring that contained our son’s birthstone and a butterfly and then came back a few days later to get it. Our son had just passed away and this ring meant a lot to my wife. They were very receptive and kind while working with us on the purchase and made us feel like more than just a “customer” getting a product. The lady also showed my wife the cleaning cloth for silver and cleaned her earrings which was amazing. They brought a smile to our face which was not easy to do. We will be coming back for life! It was such a lovely experience.. I came in with my boyfriend to get a gift for my mother since her birthday is Monday.. Arlene was quick to help us out and started making us questions about my mother.. she was so joyful and fun and just made the experience 10x better… we will definitely be back especially after she was so generous to to gives us a $100 ticket/coupon that lasts til February of next year!!!
