They have super friendly and knowledgeable staff. We especially like Joanna, she's super nice and quick to tell us interesting facts about the difference pieces. Rana and Kat truly are the best w company employee’s a company could ever have. They both made sure i was completely comfortable with everything, have an incredible amount of patience with my crazy crazy questions. i am truly so thankful that they were here and i would have lost my mind if they weren’t here. every other place i went to they tried to scam and made me extremely uncomfortable. but rana and kat are the complete opposite, they made sure we were in my budget and i was truly comfortable with what my fiance and I were looking at. i would highly recommend if you’re gonna go anywhere come here and look for rana and kat. yusif Nov 14, 2025
I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts!
