Having decided this was impossible for me to order online without seeing in person , I decided to “roll the dice” and finally make it happen . Believe me , I would have walked out if the selection, vibe and customer service was not right.

My wife and I went into the store multiple times so she could look at and try on diamond stud earrings. She wasn’t sure exactly what she wanted in the beginning and was looking at multiple pairs at multiple different stores. She finally settled on what she wanted finding 3 different sets at 3 different stores. All were similar in stone size, clarity, and setting. The difference was the people! Elijah and Delaney were incredible. Very helpful and kind. Explaining and answering every question my wife had. They were both incredibly patient and not pushy in the slightest. I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience buying my wife her dream earrings. If there’s anything you’re looking for I would absolutely suggest giving Elijah a chance to earn your business. You won’t be sorry!

17 yrs ago I came in with tears in my eyes because the jewelry store we purchased our rings from failed to tell me how small it would be after soldered together. Blamed on me. Your company too my ring, resized and soltered and gave me an awsone deal. Thank you do much for your help and make a newely married women feel better.

The experience was very smooth and easy. There wasn’t any pressure and everyone was kind, respectful and polite.
