Our experience here was excellent. We came in o e day and looked at a ring that contained our son’s birthstone and a butterfly and then came back a few days later to get it. Our son had just passed away and this ring meant a lot to my wife. They were very receptive and kind while working with us on the purchase and made us feel like more than just a “customer” getting a product. The lady also showed my wife the cleaning cloth for silver and cleaned her earrings which was amazing. They brought a smile to our face which was not easy to do. We will be coming back for life! Today I had a great experience with my jeweler Terri in Orland Park. I have been shopping with Terri for over 20 years. My husband and I have always been a satisfied customers for over 20 years shopping with Terri from my wedding ring to all my up grades over the years. She always delivers as promised to find me the most beautiful ring. I have never had to shop outside of Rogers & Hollands because my family has always been satisfied with Terri outstanding service for our wedding anniversary.
