The customer service is wonderful. Dana chatted with me and cleaned my ring that was my grandmothers as I looked and tried on jewelry. Although I didn't make a purchase today, I will definitely be back! I used to be loyal to another jewelry store but stopped going based on the location being all the way in Joliet and then after driving out there has horrible customer service so glad I decided to stroll in to Rodgers & Hollands today! I have closely worked with Justin over the last five years I will not go anywhere else. His customer service has been absolutely amazing. He goes above and beyond with sales. I have purchased several pieces through him every time I am in the Eau Claire location. I tend to find him because I have always had an honest, friendly positive experience I look forward to future purchases with Justin He goes above and beyond his position he has been more than a sales clerk.
