Staff are always attentive and helpful. I got my diamonds checked out and cleaned. I got another ring sent out for resizing and it came back in quickly!! My husband buys all my jewelry here. terri Nov 02, 2025

Guadalupe has excellent customer service skills. She didn’t rush us and ensure we walked away we with we want. Jennifer Oct 29, 2025
Came in to look at watches, was helped immediately by a very knowledgeable salesperson, but she also was willing to ask a colleague if it was something she didn't know. Did not pressure me at all, letting me leave to think about my purchase. Came back and made the purchase. From beginning to end, the process was pleasant and easy. Jason Mar 25, 2025
Superior Service! Beautiful selections! Great Sales! Tessa was AMAZING in helping me find the perfect gift for my graduating niece. And even better she is able to repair a damaged earring that I thought was unsalvageable. Great experience and will absolutely come back for more special gifts Beth & Brad Nov 16, 2025
