They have a great selection in store and anything else you could want for order from their main office and they also offer custom pieces which they are amazing at. The manager, Jim, is very knowledgeable. He and his staff are very helpful and will take the time needed to make sure you get exactly what you want. Any issues we have had in the past 16 years of doing business with them, have been resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Had an amazing experience at Ashcroft and Oak with Kat and Jason. My mom and I purchased 3 matching gold rings as a surprise for my sister on her wedding day (one for each of us). Jason went above and beyond to ensure the rings arrived in time. It was such a special gift for my sister on her wedding day and we are so grateful for Jason’s effort to ensure the rings arrived in time!

I came in during summer time and talked to a lady named Patricia Srachta we talked about a ring and she told me when I’m ready to stop in. I came back months later and had the same talk with her and was able to purchase the ring. Very nice and helpful lady. Would definitely recommend coming here to get your rings

Rana and Kat truly are the best w company employee’s a company could ever have. They both made sure i was completely comfortable with everything, have an incredible amount of patience with my crazy crazy questions. i am truly so thankful that they were here and i would have lost my mind if they weren’t here. every other place i went to they tried to scam and made me extremely uncomfortable. but rana and kat are the complete opposite, they made sure we were in my budget and i was truly comfortable with what my fiance and I were looking at. i would highly recommend if you’re gonna go anywhere come here and look for rana and kat.
