Last edit to add! - Randall called today to let me know the new ring was in stock, walked in, immediately was taken care of by the wonderful Randall. It was a quick, headache free swap out. Still very satisfied with bringing my buisness to ashcorft & Oak and of course to Randall, i hope theres comission for him! Randall helped me find an upgrade for my hubby! There were many options, and im not very knowledgeable on men's rings but he helped me find the perfect upgrade! *Edit* Ended up getting wring size, like a doof, called over the phone, got ahold of Randall again, he helped special order the correct size. I came in during summer time and talked to a lady named Patricia Srachta we talked about a ring and she told me when I’m ready to stop in. I was just passing through to inquire if they could Clean my Ring and also at the same time tell me what size my Ring finger is. My ring looks very nice. While there I also asked about clip in or something for adjustable ring sizing. They were also able to help me with that as well my ring fits so well.
