Last edit to add! - Randall called today to let me know the new ring was in stock, walked in, immediately was taken care of by the wonderful Randall. It was a quick, headache free swap out. Still very satisfied with bringing my buisness to ashcorft & Oak and of course to Randall, i hope theres comission for him! Randall helped me find an upgrade for my hubby! There were many options, and im not very knowledgeable on men's rings but he helped me find the perfect upgrade! *Edit* Ended up getting wring size, like a doof, called over the phone, got ahold of Randall again, he helped special order the correct size. All in all, very happy and satisfied with the customer service here!

Wonderful experience tonight at the Springfield, Illinois location! My sister and I were in need of a couple jewlery repairs and Madison went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Great customer service is hard to find these days and we really appreciated her knowledge, enthusiasm and patience.

Rana and Kat truly are the best w company employee’s a company could ever have. They both made sure i was completely comfortable with everything, have an incredible amount of patience with my crazy crazy questions. i am truly so thankful that they were here and i would have lost my mind if they weren’t here. every other place i went to they tried to scam and made me extremely uncomfortable. but rana and kat are the complete opposite, they made sure we were in my budget and i was truly comfortable with what my fiance and I were looking at. i would highly recommend if you’re gonna go anywhere come here and look for rana and kat.

D’Angelo (aka medallion man) is wonderful! He spent so much time with us choosing the perfect ring that made me speechless. He helped get us the best deal ( along with his manager)! I will always recommend this store to everyone because of how amazing the whole team is.

We worked with Caleb to make some custom rings and are super happy with the result. Pretty chill and honest dude, would recommend. Mike felt pushy and lied to us so we avoided him.
