Jessica and Kyle did a grade A job at helping us and making this experience as laid back and relaxed as possible. There was no pressure on us to do anything we didn’t want to do. Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available. I was just passing through to inquire if they could Clean my Ring and also at the same time tell me what size my Ring finger is. My ring looks very nice. While there I also asked about clip in or something for adjustable ring sizing. They were also able to help me with that as well my ring fits so well.
