I went to many other jewelers and Rodgers & Hollands was the only place that made me feel like more then just another customer. Courtney at the Portage location as fantastic! She took the time with me to help me find what I really wanted. Other places just showed me a few items and didn't have in-stock what I was looking for. I was very impressed and will recommend everyone I know to go there and work with her. She was so much fun to go through this process with too. She bad upgrading my wedding ring fun and exciting! Jessica and Kyle did a grade A job at helping us and making this experience as laid back and relaxed as possible. There was no pressure on us to do anything we didn’t want to do. It was such a lovely experience.. I came in with my boyfriend to get a gift for my mother since her birthday is Monday.. Arlene was quick to help us out and started making us questions about my mother.. she was so joyful and fun and just made the experience 10x better… we will definitely be back especially after she was so generous to to gives us a $100 ticket/coupon that lasts til February of next year!!!
