Had a great experience at the Belden Village store with Kimberly and Ryan. We went into this store to look for something for myself and my wife saw a ring she really liked. Kimberly showed us the ring as well as some others similar to compare it to. There was no pressure whatsoever and she took her time and answered all our questions. She was delightful to work with. After a much longer visit than I expected, we purchased the ring Kimberly showed us, a new ring for me and a necklace for my wife. Oh, and I did purchase what I originally stopped in to look at for myself. Ryan was also very helpful when I was looking for a new wedding band for me. He was able to find one, a bit unusual, that I would consider. I did purchase it. Kimberly and Ryan, in my opinion, went above and beyond to help us. We’ll be back soon to have Kimberly help us with future purchases.

Mark was very patient while we looked for a new ring. He never made us feel rushed and answered all our questions. He was great and I would recommend stopping in and seeing if he can help you find your new bling!!

They have a great selection in store and anything else you could want for order from their main office and they also offer custom pieces which they are amazing at. The manager, Jim, is very knowledgeable. He and his staff are very helpful and will take the time needed to make sure you get exactly what you want. Any issues we have had in the past 16 years of doing business with them, have been resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction.
